ATTIRE

  1. Shin guards are mandatory
  2. League Jersey must be worn
  3. No metal cleats
  4. No watches or jewelry
  5. No hats
  6. Athletic shorts must be worn (no jeans or cargo shorts)

COACHING/TEAM

  1. Only one coach per team of the U4, U6, & U8 divisions may be on the field with players. All other division coaches must stay on their sideline.
  2. Coach must stay far away in order to not get in the way of the game.
  3. Good sportsmanship is a must
  4. Only registered players may play
  5. A coach or parent must stay with the players that are not in the game.  They must be at least 3ft away from the boundary

GAMEPLAY

  1. Games have two 20-minute halves.  There is a 5 minute halftime in between the halves.
  2. Each team will have three 1-minute timeouts per game.
  3. Games end 50 minutes after the scheduled start time.
  4. U4, U6, & U8 divisions are coach-officiated. U10 & U13 are officiated by a league referee.
  5. Games start with a kickoff by the visiting team.
  6. Number of players fielded can be adjusted by coaches if a different number is agreed upon before each game.  This is helpful when teams are too large or too small.
  7. No sliding whatsoever.  The ground is hard and injuries will occur.
  8. Substitutions allowed during dead balls
  9. Free kicks are awarded
  10. Offsides enforced in the U10 and U13 division
  11. Headers are allowed for U13 division only and only above the waist.
  12. If a team is attacking a goal on the opponents side of the field and time expires, the referee will allow the attacking team to complete their attack.  The game will end on a goal, turnover, out of bounds kick or if the ball returns to the attacking team's side of the field.

Tournament

  • If the game results in a tie, there will be a 5 vs 5 player shootout to determine the winner
